What are the operating hours?
We open at 10am & close at 4:30pm on weekend & school holidays weather depending.
Are you open during the week in school terms?
We only open on week days for school groups or large groups (min 60 swimmers).

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, as well as most debit and credit cards. We do not accept cheques.
Do you sell season tickets?
Is the water heated?
Are there refunds due to changes in weather conditions?
No. There are no refunds once tickets are purchased.
Do I need to pay if I stand in the pool to catch my child?
Yes. Spectator tickets is for admission without getting wet. If you are going to be in the water, you need to purchase the Day Ticket or Late Ticket after 2pm.
Do you supply life jackets for kids?
No, we do not supply life jackets.
Can I upgrade from a spectator to a swimmer?
Yes. Return to the ticket office, and pay in the difference between a spectator & swimmer.
What attire can we wear on the slides?
Any proper swimming attire may be worn.
No denim pants, belts or studded clothes as it will damage the sliding surface.
No nudity allowed (not even small children).
Can we bring food & drinks into the park?
Yes you may, however, no alcohol or glass containers are allowed.
Can we bring our own chairs, umbrellas, gazebos?
We advise you to bring umbrellas or gazebos as shade is limited.
Can I bring my vehicle into the park to off load my goodies?
No. Unfortunately you have to park on the parking lot, and may only enter at the main entrance.
